New M.anifest Cut ft Muja Messiah

Two sweet Minneapolis rappers that Ive featured before, M.anifest and Muja Messiah, team up on this new track from M.anifests upcoming 'Coming To America' release. Its called Rebel, produced by Budo, and is definitely sweet. Its a little slower then the other cuts from these two Ive heard before, but they pull off the slower beat really well too. Sweet flow.

Obamamania

M.anifest hooked me with this joint about getting Obama into the House. He wrote 'Age of Obama' as an "Ode to the man that made the fist bump (in)famous. We made this joint to remind folks that it would be a scarier America and a scarier world if Obama doesn't get into office… so y'all know what to do."

Right on. Not to make this blog political, but Obama needs to win. Period.

Rock this loud and in public places.

A.R.M

Remember when i blogged about M.anifest? Hes recently teamed up with Krukid, this cat from Uganda. Im a big fan of the project, called A.R.M. Their style is african influenced beats with socially concientious rap. Both these cats have received numerous accolades, M.anifest was voted Twin Cities Songwriter of the Year, and Krukid's first two albums garnered a buncha fanfare.

The two tracks they sent me are really on point. Check em out.
